If you continue to have difficulty or are unable to reset your Connect password automatically for some reason, please contact the school between the hours of 8.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday.

Be aware that we will ask questions to verify your identity when carrying out changes over the phone. Photo ID will be requested if asking for account changes in person.
