Following a review of the school’s governance arrangements, a new Constitution was established. 

This Constitution supports a revised governance framework that provides a best practice approach to managing the School/Company, ensuring transparency and good governance.

School Council

Council is guided by the school’s Purpose, Values and Ambition underlined by four Strategic Platforms as outlined in the Trinity 2030 Strategic Plan.

Stakeholder Group

Established in 2019, the Stakeholder Group is a key component on the school’s governance framework.

Senior Leadership Team

Led by the Principal, the Senior Leadership Team guides the day-to-day operation of the school.

Constitution

Following an extensive community consultation process, a new governance framework and Constitution was adopted in April 2019.
