Pastoral care forms an essential part of the School’s focus on the individual, and the individual as part of his or her community.
Trinity works to develop personal and academic skills to enable each child to face the world with confidence.
The Early Learning Centre is a warm, caring, inviting and self-contained facility within the School grounds.
Within the Junior School (Prep to Year 6), each child has a class teacher, who reports to Section Heads on pastoral matters. The Head of the Junior School has overall responsibility for the welfare and pastoral care of students in the Junior School.
Each of the Senior School’s Year 7 to Year 12 levels is managed by the Head of Year. Each Head of Year is supported by a Deputy and Form Teachers. Year 11 Form Teachers are also Heads of House, linking the level and House system. This ensures students are challenged appropriately and supported through the steps of adolescence.
All sections of the School are assisted by support staff such as special education, career and individual counselling and chaplaincy.
We are proud that one of the primary reasons parents choose to send their sons to Trinity is the support and understanding we give to young people.
